The role

Job Purpose

To provide support to the Engineering Department as directed by the Hangar Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Base maintenance on AW169, AW139 and MD902 Helicopter types
• Carrying out maintenance tasks as directed by the Check Supervisor
• Ensure that all tasks are carried out and documents completed in accordance with the EASA, CAA company instructions and regulations in relation to your role
• Ensure briefing & debriefing of the Check Supervisor
• Report to the Hangar Manager
• Maintain work areas and ensure ground equipment remains clean and tidy

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification
• Experience as a Technician on rotary aircrafts would be beneficial 
• Minimum 2 years experience as helicopter or airplane Technician
• Team player, relationship building skills and the ability to demonstrate pro-active communication skills
• Precise and accurate working standard
• Ability to understand, interpret and take ownership of tasks 
• Understand individual operational safety and security responsibilities
• Be aware of personal health and safety and the health and safety of others at work
